Chevrolet Cruze SW At 2012 Geneva Auto Show

Chevrolet will present a new model: Cruze Station Wagon (SW) at Geneva Auto Show. It will join the sedan and hatchback versions of the Cruze range and will benefit include new engines and small changes to the front.

Nine engine range will include a turbocharged 1.4-liter gasoline and two diesel, 1.7-liter and 2.0 liter. Existing gas station currently versions 1.6 and 1.8 liters will be offered below. For new engines will be able to choose from this summer and will be available for the Chevrolet Cruze. Do not know the details of performance, but was officially announced in November that the engines will be equipped with the Start / Stop and will meet Euro 5 emission standards.

How will the outside and inside?

In terms of appearance, compared to a sedan or hatchback Cruze today, SW version will be redesigned headlights and projectors, and the wheels will be supplied with new models. The changes will apply for all-summer. SW will have a length of 4675 millimeters, making it slightly longer compared to the sedan versions (4597 mm) and hatchback (4510 mm).

SW Cruze will have a loading area between 500 and 1,500 liters if the rear seats folded.

Inside, Chevrolet Cruze will launch the SW called MyLink system, which functions smartphones can be controlled via touch screen on board. The variants will be offered for superior equipment Cruze range, but for Aveo. The center console is restyled and materials will be improved.
