Mazda RX-8 For One More Summer

Despite numerous attacks from environmentalists, Mazda RX-8 refuses to die. And thanks to this guy in Japan who appreciate the full potential of this car and still flock to buy. As a result, Mazda said it will expand production by an additional eccentric coupe 1,000 copies, which will be signed limited series RX-8 Spirit R - JDM (Japanese domestic market).

JDM RX-8 Spirit R is based on the RX-8 Type RS (with manual transmission, six reports) and Type E (with an automatic transmission with the same number of steps). The differences consist of a set of alloy wheels painted in a golden tint and a unique seat design with two-tone upholstery.

In the mechanical part are felt firmer suspension and performance braking system with red calipers. Lights received a smoky tint, fog lamps have been redesigned and now has a median tunnel piano black finish.

As you already noticed, Spirit R will remain a Japanese exclusive car, so chances are zero to see any on the streets of Europe. We can only welcome the initiative manufacturer has 1,000 people is still happy, because Mazda RX-8 is the kind of car that left us some sequelae from the "first step change".
